Should you buy used golf balls?
I’ve long been a proponent of buying slightly used golf balls, and I can never say I missed a shot or shot a higher score because of them.
They don’t make ’em like they used to
Golf balls have sure come a long way, but ignorance is bliss. When these balls were all you had, you didn’t know what you were missing.
Golf can provide fields of dreams
I’ve played more than 2,000 golf courses over the past 35 years. The one question I can never answer: What’s the best course you’ve every played?
Nothing like being outside
I am happiest when I’m outside (and sometimes inside if that means I’m playing tennis on an indoor court). But generally taking in sunshine, fresh air and being part of nature is what drives me.
Fortunately, I’ve been able to spend the majority of my working life doing just that. Yes, I have spent a lot of time indoors on the keyboard sharing my adventures, but I’ve been lucky enough over the years to play some of the best golf courses in the world, attend the most exciting sports events on the globe and most importantly, meet and spend time with some very impressive people, some of them famous, most of them just ordinary wonderful folks.
